Mirrors

3/11/21

Prior to 1835, when somebody told you that you were fuck-ugly, you just had to believe them.  Once the invention of the modern mirror came about, you then had tangible evidence that you were, in fact, ugly as fuck. But, you wanna know what's not ugly? The incredible art installations of Olafur Eliasson

There really is something to be said about a man who has so repeatedly used mirrors and reflective surfaces as a medium for his artwork. For all intents and purposes, the man shall be crowned The Mirror King. Therefore, as a casual recreational mirror user, i must step aside and let the Emporer do the talking for me on this one.

I've paired 12 Mirror-centric albums with 12 Olafur Eliasson installations that i feel most closely resemble the existing artwork and theme of each piece.

Through this page of recommendations, you may alter your relationship with mirrors, but you may not alter how fuck-ugly you might be.
